Giving Options:
There are a number of different ways that you can give financially to The Center of Family Love. You may choose to give to our General Fund, Capital Campaign, Annual Christmas campaign or to a Resident Special Account.

Support Our Phase II Capital Campaign
Since
1981, The Center of Family Love (CFL) has been a home to adults
needing special care, many with profound/severe mental and motor
disabilities. Based on 30 years of experience CFL has found that the
well-being of its residents is best served in smaller homes, as in
the award winning Loosen Geriatric Center where each resident has
his/her own bedroom. Thus, the CFL Board voted to embark upon an
ambitious campaign to transform the current campus into a more
home-like facility in order to better serve their residents, people
who depend upon CFL for their care. You may download our Capital Campaign Case Statement HERE.
Phase
I of CFL’s capital project was completed in September 2011.
Total cost of Phase I is $4.8 million. This phase includes two new
16-bed intermediate care facilities (ICF) with private rooms and a
home-like atmosphere. Phase I was funded with $1 million in
donations, cash on hand and a $2.8 million loan that is being repaid
with the additional income generated by these beds. The loan was
granted by a consortium of banks based on The Center of Family Love’s
excellent financial situation: no debt, cash in the bank and ability
to leverage the increased rates per bed due to the new construction.
Phase II is a 3-part project consisting of:

Remodeling the existing 54-bed, 30-year old ICF building into two 16-bed units. The original ICF was designed on a medical model, like a hospital or institution, with double, even triple occupancy. The two new 16-bed units will be home-like with each resident having his/her own private room. Each unit will have a conference/activity room, and a much more home-like atmosphere.

Furnishings for all 64 new bedrooms (32 constructed in Phase I) and the kitchen and dining areas, TV and lounge areas and other furnishing needs for the four new home-like ICFs, two of which were completed in Phase I.

Landscaping plan, irrigation system and new plantings for entire campus.

Memorial or Honorarium Gifts
To make a memorial gift or honor a friend or love one, CLICK HERE to give online or to mail your gift, please send to: The Center of Family Love, P.O. Box 245, Okarche, OK 73762. **Please include a note stating whom you are memorializing or honoring and the person you qwould like to be notified about your gift. We will send a note to the family of the deceased or to the honoree letting them know of your gift, without disclosing the amount.

By remembering the Center of Family Love with a bequest in your will, you will be making a significant impact on the well b eing of our developmentally challenged residents for years to come. Please consult your tax adviser on the gift that is best for you
Tribute Gifts
Gifts to the Center of Family Love provide a special opportunity to honor the memory of a dear family member of friend, or to recognize and individual or life occasion.
Property:
The Center of Family Love will also consider accepting gifts or retirement assets, real property, life insurance policies, and tangible personal property. Please contact us for information.
