Our Vocation Approach
Our world has historically treated individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as adversely specialized or requiring of acute care. The reality is this population holds many untapped talents and skill sets that add tremendous value to society. Rather than training this population to survive in a neurotypical world, we should amplify their unique abilities to help them thrive, while positively changing the workforce and special education system as we know them to be.
