Group Volunteering
Requirements

Must have 6 or more people to be considered a group.

Can take groups as large as 40 people.
-
If a group needs specific start and end times, we can be flexible.
Shift Options
-
Days: Monday–Friday
-
AM shift: 8 am–noon
-
PM shift: noon–4 pm
-
Can do one shift or both.
Onsite & Off-site Work Options
-
Programming assistance (groups smaller than 20) – assist instructors in classrooms.
-
Garden Center assistance – work outside or in the greenhouse (trimming basil and tomatoes, weeding, planting).

Campus Maintenance – painting, general maintenance, cleaning, electrical work.

Cookout for the residents – groups provide the food, and CFL has the grills.

Encouragement or holiday cards – residents love receiving them!

Clothing or hygiene item drive – may need approval from Shilah.
Individual Volunteering

Volunteers must be at least 15 years of age.

Gala volunteer help– event set-up the Friday before or event execution the evening of (requires iPad knowledge).
